How does the booking process work?

Are marriage licenses and permits required?

Yes. A Wyoming marriage license is required, and if you plan to wed in places like Grand Teton National Park, you may also need a special park permit.

Can you help with marriage licenses?

Will we be exchanging rings during the ceremony?

Ring exchange is completely optional. Many couples choose to include it, while others prefer a simpler ceremony. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during our planning conversation.


Yes. You’re welcome to exchange personal vows during the ceremony, or keep them private. I’m happy to help guide timing and flow so they feel natural and meaningful.

Can we include personal vows?


Do you offer an opening and closing prayer?

If desired, I can include a non-denominational Christian opening and closing prayer. This is entirely optional and can be adjusted to reflect your beliefs and preferences.


Do we need witnesses, or can you provide them?

Wyoming requires two witnesses for a legal marriage. You’re welcome to provide your own, or I can arrange witnesses for you for an additional fee. Just let me know what works best.
